Elk Grove Police arrested two suspects yesterday afternoon after they allegedly burglarized an Elk Grove residence.
According to police reports, a 15-year old male juvenile and 18-year old probationer Jhoti McGraw, both Elk Grove residents, were witnessed fleeing a residence on 7000 block of Verdue Way following a suspected burglary. Officers arrived at the residence and determined that a burglary had taken place.
After patrolling the area, officers detained the two suspects. The juvenile was found to have property taken from the residence
inside his backpack. He was arrested and taken to juvenile hall.
McGraw was arrested and booked into the county jail where he remains in custody on a $80,000 bail. He is scheduled for arraignment on Monday afternoon.
