Elk Grove Woman Allegedly Shoplifts Bike, Issued Misdemeanor

An Elk Grove woman was arrested early Wednesday morning after she allegedly stole a bicycle.

According to Elk Grove Police, officers detained 40-year old Victoria Garabay after she alleged stole a bicycle from the Elk Grove Boulevard Walmart. The bicycle was recovered, Garabay was issued a misdemeanor citation and released.
