A 17-year old Elk Grove boy was arrested yesterday morning after seeking a fight.
According to Elk Grove Police, the suspect started banging on a door on the 9300 block of Katelynn Court and challenging the house's occupant to come out and fight. The occupant did not know the suspect and called the police.
While the call was being made, the suspect allegedly threw rocks at front windows breaking the glass. The occupant fled the house and responding officers found the suspect inside the garage.
The suspect was arrested on burglary charges and taken to juvenile hall.

This happened to my neighbor. She was home alone and the male broke through the front window and she fled the home as the intruder made his way inside. This should be classified as a home invasion.
