Last Friday the 13th was unlucky for one Elk Grove man who was cited in an incident with a car.
According to Elk Grove Police, a female driver was attempting to make a right turn near Bond Road and Elk Grove-Florin Road when a bicycle operated by 47-year old David Cano pulled along side the car and punched and damaged the car's side view mirror. The suspect them reportedly began to yell obscenities at the driver.
The suspect was placed under citizen's arrest and was issued a misdemeanor citation.
