Argument With Grandmother Leads to Arrest of Grandson

Found to possess nunchucks, taser




An Elk Grove man who arguing with his Grandmother was arrested after he was found to be in possession of a taser.


According to police reports, officer responded to the 9600 block of Nordman Way after receiving a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, officers contacted 29-year-old Brian Foster of who was found to be on probation.

Officers determined that Foster was the caretaker of his 84-year old Grandmother and were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, the victim called 911.

Foster reportedly took the phone out of his Grandmother's hand and broke it. A probation search of his  room led to the discovery of a pair of nunchucks and a stun gun.

Foster was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
