Elk Grove Probationer Arrested, Held For Previous Pushing Charges

An Elk Grove man arrested during a probation search is being charged with pushing drugs.

On Wednesday morning Elk Grove Police officers attempted to contact 28-year old Robert Ray Miller at his residence on the 5200 block of Misty Meadow Way. A guest at the residence, 39-year old Jimmy Saechao spoke to officers from behind a security door. 

Saechao would not open the door for officers and closed the interior door. Miller eventually opened the doors and both suspects were contacted. A search of the residence led to the discovery of narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia. 

Saechao was also found to have been in possession of narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.

Miller is being held for violation his probation for sale of a controlled substance and is not eligible for bail. Saechao has been released on bail.
