Suspicious Activity leads to Arrest of Suspected Gang Banger by EGPD

Suspicious activity on the 10000 block of Tuzza Court in Elk Grove Sunday night led to the apprehension of a man with outstanding arrest warrants. 
According to Elk Grove Police, officers responded to a call regarding suspision activity and contacted 25-year old Michael Ramos who displayed objective signs of impairment. Ramos was detained and a search led to the discovery of a loaded firearm concealed in his pocket.

After be detianed a records check revealed that he also also had an active warrant out for his arrest. After his arrest Ramos booked into the county jail where he remains in custody on $60,000 bail on four charges including PC 25400(C)(3 Felony OFFENDER ACTIVE PARTICIPANT OF CRIMINAL STREET GANG, PC 25850(C)(3) Felony ACTIVE PARTICIPANT OF CRIMINAL STREET GANG PC 25850(C)(6) Felony CARRYING A LOADED FIREARM REGISTERED TO ANOTHER.
