According to Elk Grove Police, 49-year old Mary Keithley was observed shoplifting at the Elk Grove Blvd. Wal Mart. After being detained by store employees, Keithley was arrested and taken to the county jail where she was booked on shoplifting and petty theft on more than three occasions charges.
