Elk Grove Police arrested a Sacramento woman with outstanding warrants who was loitering near a dumpster Tuesday night.
According to police reports, officers contacted 47-year old Jeanne St. Cyr who was near a dumpster behind a closed business on the 8100 block of Orchard Loop Lane just outside city limits. A search of the suspect led to the discovery of narcotics and paraphernalia.
A records check also reveal St. Cyr had several active warrants out for her arrest. The suspect was arrested and taken to the county jail.
