An Elk Grove man was arrested Saturday evening after being observed shoplifting.
According to Elk Grove Police, 23-year old Howard Walls Jr. was detained by store personell after he alledgedly shoplifed merchanidse at the Elk Grove Blvd. Wal Mart. A record check by police found the suspect had two active warrants out for his arrest.
Walls was taken to the county jail were he was releaed from custody yesterday.
