Elk Grove Police arrested two people following a routine traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
According to police reports, 27-year old Marquez Clark and 19-year old Tiana Garcia were passengers in a car that was stopped near Calvine Road and Cliffcrest Drive. A record check revealed the two Sacramento residents had outstanding arrest warrants.
Both suspects were arrested then taken to the county jail. Clark remains in custody while Garica was released yesterday.
