Alleged elder abuser also arrested
Elk Grove Police made arrests in two separate domestic violence incidents yesterday.
According to police reports, 24 year old Steven Singleton and 47-year old Mark Parham, both of Elk Grove, were arrested after they allegedly were involved in domestic violence incidents. Singleton's victim reportedly suffered visible injuries.
Police also report the arrest of 33-year old Joe Soto of Elk Grove yesterday afternoon. Soto was picked-up for an active warrant.
Soto remains in custody at the county jail on charges including battery, elder abuse and resiting arrest and is not eligible for bail.
