According to Elk Grove Police, the 19 year old victim was inside his parked car near Born Road and Qualit Cove Drive when two unidentified suspects walked up to his vehicle and opened the driver’s side door and demanded his personal property. Fearing for his safety, he complied and gave the suspects his property.
The suspects then ran over to an awaiting vehicle, described as light colored four door vehicle, and drove away. The first suspect was described as a black male, 5’5” tall wearing a red sweater and the second suspect was described as a black male, 5’6” tall wearing a black hooded sweater.
The victim was not injured and responding officers were unable to locate the suspects or the vehicle involved.
