Elk Grove Police made two separate early morning arrests on Wednesday for drunk driving.
According to police reports, officers arrested 31-year-okd Mark Webb of Elk Grove near Sierra Street and Elk Grove-Florin Road. Also arrested near Elk Grove-Florin and Sharkey Ave. was 21-year-old Ivan Paligutan of Elk Grove.
In both incidents the suspects reportedly displayed objective signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Both were arrested and
