Two teenagers were arrested yesterday morning on suspicion of burglarizing two Elk Grove residents.
According to Elk Grove Police, officers responded to a burglary in progress in the 5800 block of Jared Ct. Officers arrived and detained two individuals nearby who matched the description of the suspects.
During the course of their investigation, officers discovered that another residence in the 5900 block of Witt Way had also been burglarized. Police arrested 18-year-old Gary Smith of Sacramento and a 17-year-old Elk Grove male juvenile.
