Three Suspects Alleged to Use Force in Elk Grove Shoplifting Incident



Three unknown suspects are accused of using force in a Sunday afternoon shoplifting incident in Elk Grove. 
According to Elk Grove Police, the suspects were observed shoplifting inside the Walgreens store on the 8400 block Elk Grove-Florin Road. When the suspects walked out of the business, they were approached by the manager who attempted to retrieve the stolen merchandise.


One of the suspects, a Black male adult pushed the manager and all three fled on foot. The manager was not injured, and responding officers were unable to locate the suspects. 

The other two suspects are described as a Black male and Black female adults. If apprehended, the suspects will be charged with using force in the commission of a robbery and criminal conspiracy.
