Sacramento Man In Custody After Visiting Probation Officer in Stolen Vehicle



A Sacramento probationer is in custody after visiting his probation officer in a stolen vehicle.

According to the Sacramento Probation Office, 35-year old Robert J. Miller went to a probation appointment yesterday and upon arrival, was arrested in the parking lot after it was discovered the car he was driving was stolen. Miller reportedly has a record dating to 2001 for multiple related thefts.

Miller is being held at the county jail on a $80,000 bail and will be arraigned on Thursday afternoon.
