Sacramento Man in Custody After Stealing Credit Card, Attempting Purchases

A Sacramento man was arrested by Elk Grove Police on Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly tried to purchase a $3,000 refrigerator with a stolen credit card.
According to police reports, 19-year old Gamarrio Sloan attempted to make the purchase at the Elk Grove Home Depot Store. Store personnel contacted the credit card company, who in turn contacted the card holder and determined it was an unauthorized purchase. 

Responding officers arrested the suspect and taken to the Sacramento County Jail where he remains in custody on $25,000 bail.
