Rancho Cordova Man Convicted of Molestation

District Attorney Jan Scully announced that Danny Paul Wolfe was convicted by jury of 10 counts of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a child age 14 years old and two counts of annoying molesting a child.



Wolfe, 48 years old, is related to the victim. The victim lives out of state and came to Rancho Cordova in the summer of 2012 to visit Wolfe. During the victim’s visit, Wolfe repeatedly molested her at night in her bed when everyone else in the house was asleep. The victim has hearing difficulties and could not hear Wolfe approaching her.

Wolfe faces a potential maximum sentence of 9 years in state prison and must register as a convicted sex offender for the rest of his life. Sentencing is set for January 9, 2015 in Department 41 in front of the Honorable Richard Sueyoshi.
