An Elk Grove woman was arrested yesterday under California Penal Code 647 (b) Misdemeanor; disorderly conduct, soliciting for prostitution.
The suspect, 21-year old Yolanda Allen was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 6500 block of Laguna Park Drive in Elk Grove. The suspect was booked into the county jail where she remains in custody ineligible for bail.
