A Sacramento man was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of impaired driving and child endangerment.
Elk Grove Police were dispatched to the 9500 block of Village Tree Drive regarding an a disturbance. When officers arrived, they located 21-year old Billy D. Nguyen driving away from the residence.
After stopping Nguyen, he displayed objective signs of impairment and discovered the his infant daughter was a passenger in the vehicle. After performing poorly on a field sobriety test, Nguyen was arrested for impaired and child endangerment.
Nguyen has been released from custody.
