An Elk Grove probationer is in custody after he was accused of domestic violence.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, 20-year old Khalil Mustafa Sabree was involved in an argument last night with his victim that became a physical confrontation. Sabree allegedly pushed his victim and led the residence.
Responding officers were able to locate Sabree and a records search revealed he had violated conditions of a restraining order. Sabree was arrested and booked into the county jail where he is being held on $20,000 bail and is charged with three misdemeanors and one felony.
