Two suspects are in custody at the Sacramento County Jail ineligible for bail after the were arrested late Sunday night by Elk Grove Police.
A vehicle being operated by 25-year old Mario Flores of Sacramento Elk Grove was stopped for a code violation near Egret Drive and Kiwi Circle. A records check revealed that Flores, and his passenger, 21-year old Elizabeth Guerrero, both had outstanding misdemeanor arrests warrants from 2014.
Guerrero is being held for theft of personal property and Flores for marijuana possession charges. Guerrero is scheduled for release on Friday and Flores next Monday.
