Elk Grove Man Accused of Domestic Violence in Front of Victim's Toddler Son

An Elk Grove man is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after he was arrested on suspicion of perpetrating a  of domestic violence in front of a toddler. 

According to Elk Grove Police, 33-year old Eutimio Grimaldo was in an argument with his female victim that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, Grimaldo allegedly grabbed his victim by the neck and pushed her against a wall, squeezed her neck, and slapped her in the face resulting in visible injuries. 

The victim's two-year-old son was present during the altercation. Grimaldo was arrested and booked into the county jail where he remains in custody on a $70,000 bail and faces felony domestic violence and child endangerment charges.  The suspect will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon.
