An Elk Grove woman was robbed in her own garage late Friday night in Elk Grove.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, the 54-year old female victim was in her garage on the 8300 block of Laporte Way reading her computer tablet when she was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect pushed the victim back, grabbed the tablet, fled on foot and was seen getting into a vehicle parked a short distance away. .
The suspect was described as a Black male juvenile, approximately 16-years of age, 5’7”, 170 lbs., wearing a gray and tan hooded jacket. The victim was not injured and responding officers were unable to locate the suspect.
