Marcel Jackson.
Two Sacramento residents are now enjoying their meals at the Sacramento County Jail after they allegedly skipped on their restaurant bill Sunday night.

According to Elk Grove Police, Sacramento residents 21-year old Marcel Jackson and 18-year old Kemoni Carter were dining at the Rose Palace Chinese Restaurant on Laguna Boulevard and when the bill arrived, they left the establishment without paying. When they fled, an employee followed them out and when confronted, Jackson allegedly pushed the employee several times in the chest and suffered a scratch.

When responding officers arrived, the suspects were detained and arrested. They are being held on a $50,000 bail at the county jail and are both facing felony robbery and conspiracy charges.
