An Elk Grove man was arrested after he tried to cash a stolen check.
According to Elk Grove Police, 20-year old Jordan Greendahl was detained at the Laguna Boulevard Bank of America branch bank after he attempted to cash a fraudulent check that had been altered and stolen from Galt.
The suspect was arrested and is in custody at the jail. Greendahl is being held on $55,000 bail on two felony charges, violating terms of his probation, and will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon.
