An Elk Grove father was arrested yesterday afternoon after a domestic violence incident.
According the Elk Grove Police, 45-year old Jae Shin was involved in an argument with his 16-year old son that escalated into a physical confrontation. During the course of the confrontation, Shin allegedly struck his son with a golf club several times resulting in visible injuries.
Shin is currently in custody at the county jail, but is scheduled to be released sometime today.
