A man who went to file a report yesterday morning ended up being the subject of an arrest report.
According to Elk Grove Police, 31-year old David Burnor drove the city's police department to make a report. While in the lobby, Burnor allegedly became agitated and started to hit and kick objects in the area.
Officers detained the suspect who had taken off his shirt and was sweating profusely. Officers determined he was under the influence of narcotics, was arrested and taken to the county jail where he was booked and has been released.
