Elk Grove Police made two separate arrests on Tuesday for domestic violence.
In the first case 60-year-old Joe Armstrong of Elk Grove was arrested after he allegedly threw a cell phone at his victim during a physical altercation.
In the second incident 43-year-old Ralph Tarange of Elk Grove was arrested after he allegedly stuck his victim in the back with a wooden slat from a staircase. The victim suffered visible injuries.
Both suspects were arrested and transferred to the county jail. ered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
