A Sacramento man was arrested by Elk Grove Police on suspicion of indecent exposure and lewd conduct early yesterday afternoon.
According to police reports, 18-year old Michael Williams entered a backyard on the 9000 block of Devon Crest Way and was observed masturbating while looking at a female inside the house through a glass patio door. The suspect fled upon being observed by the resident.
Responding officers located the suspect a short distance away and was positively identified by the witness. Williams was arrested and transferred to the county jail.
