Elk Grove man receives surprise wake-up call yesterday morning
An Elk Grove man who was found sleeping is his car yesterday morning was also discovered to have a n active warrant for his arrest.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, 23-year old Kyle Polli was found sleeping in a vehicle on the 9400 block of Rainbow Fall Way. A records search found that Polli had an active arrest warrant. The suspect was issued a citation with a new court date then released.
In other activity, police arrested 31-year old David Bell after he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest following a traffic stop. The suspect was transferred to the county jail.
Police also arrested 40-year old Gerald George of Elk Grove for an active warrant and was transferred to the county jail.
