Elk Grove Police arrested a 13-year old boy after being found in a stolen car.
According to police reports, the suspect was contacted on near Deodar Crest Court and Elk Crest Drive after he was found in a vehicle reported to be stolen from Merced. The vehicle had front and rear end damage along with a flat front tire.
The youth was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall. The stolen vehicle was recovered and towed.
