Five Arrested After Probation Checks by Elk Grove Police

Elk Grove Police arrested five individuals yesterday after they were found to be in violation of terms of their probation.

Early last evening 41-year old Candy Henderson and 45-year old Edward Henderson were contacted at their residence on the 8800 block of Mandalay Way. They were arrested after they were found in possession of  narcotic paraphernalia and syringes.

25-year old Salvador Francisco S-1 was contacted at his residence on the 5100 block of Felcia Way. A search of his vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. Francisco was arrested and booked into the county jail. 

Police also contacted 46-year old William Hupp and 51-year old Lauraleigh Lauterbach on the 8000 block of Halverson Drive and a search of Hupp's bedroom led to the discovery of controlled substances and indicia of sales. A probation search of Lauterbach's  bedroom led to the discovery of a controlled substance.

Hupp was arrested and booked into the county jail while Lautrbach was arrested, processed at EGPD, then released with a misdemeanor citation.
