A Sacramento woman was arrested last night after she was found sleeping a reported stolen car.
According to Elk Grove Police, 26-year old Regina Jeet Singh was observed sleeping in the back of a vehicle that had been reported stolen on the 8800 block of Sheldon Road. After detaining her, Singh was found to be in possession of the car keys.
A record check also revealed Singh had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The suspect was taken into custody and is being held at the county jail ineligible for bail.
