Elk Grove Mother With Outstanding Arrest Warrants Suspected of DUI With Child in Car

An Elk Grove mother was arrested yesterday morning on suspicion of drunk driving and for outstanding arrest warrants. 

According to Elk Grove Police, 27-year old Jessica Huntoon was stopped for a vehicle code violation near Elk Grove Boulevard and Highway 99. Upon contact, Huntoon, who had her 20-month old child in the car, allegedly displayed objective signs of impairment. A record checked revealed Huntoon has outstanding arrest warrants from Solano County. 

Huntoon was arrested and booked into the county jail where she remains in custody on $90,000 on DUI, child endangerment charges and for violating terms of her probation. The child was turned over to a relative.
