A man who was reportedly wielding knives was arrested late Wednesday afternoon by Elk Grove Police.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to the Laguna Town Hall after recieveing calls regarding a man running in the area with knives. Upon arrival, officers found 30-year old James Dekalb of Vacaville in a nearby field.
The suspect was detained and a switchblade knife was found near his shirt and and hat. A records check revealed that Dekalb had an active felony
warrant from Solano County for his arrest.
The suspect was arrested and taken to the county jail where he remains in custody.
