A Sacramento man suspect of shoplifting Sunday afternoon was also arrested for narcotics possession.
According to Elk Grove Police, 43-year old Ahofolau Ngaue was detained by Walmart store employees after they allegedly observed him shoplift merchandise. Responding officers searched the suspect and reportedly found him to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia.
The suspect was booked into the county jail was then transported him to the main jail where he remains in custody on $5,000 bail.
