A Wilton man was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of domestic violence and violating a restrain order.
According to Elk Grove Police, 26-year old William Wells was involved in a verbal argument with his victim that escalated intro a physical altercation. Wells allegedly struck the victim several times in the face causing visible injures.
Williams was arrested and taken to the county jail where he remains in custody on $90,000 bail for domestic violence, violating terms of parole and violating a restraining order.
