Ill-Manners Lead to Arrest of Elk Grove Man

Good Samaritan steps in, gets car keyed

Apparently an Elk Grove man didn’t listen to his mothers lessons on manners and that may have lead to his arrest on Sunday afternoon.

According to Elk Grove Police Department reports, 21-year old Justin Narayan was walking out of a business on the 4700 block of Laguna Boulevard when he allegedly pushed a customer out of the way. Responding to this action was a 26-year old female who exchanged words with the suspect.

Not pleased with being taking to task on his offensive behavior, Narayan reportedly keyed the side of the car of the lady who attempted to correct his offensive behavior. To top off matters, Narayan then reportedly whipped out his black sharpie and left a visible mark on the victims car.

As Narayan tried to leave in his car, the victim tried to get the license plate number and he intentionally aimed his car at her. The victim was able to get out of the way.

Narayan fled the scene and was later arrested by police at his residence.
