An Elk Grove woman who was with her 10-month old baby was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving this weekend.
According to Elk Grove Police Department reports, officers where dispatched to the 9100 block of Generations Drive late Friday afternoon after a witness indicated they saw the suspect collide with a portable basketball hoop. Upon arrival, officers contacted 31-year old Jennifer Baldi who was outside her vehicle and holding her 10-month old child.
The suspect displayed objective signs of impairment and failed a field sobriety test. The suspect was arrested and the baby was released to a family member.
