An Elk Grove teenager was arrested yesterday early yesterday afternoon after attacking a man with a hammer.
According to police reports, the 16-year old female suspect stuck her 39-year old male victim from Fairfield on the back of his head with the handle of a hammer. After the attack that occurred on the 6700 block of Paseo De Sol Way, the suspect fled the area.
Responding officers were able to locate the suspect and took her into custody. The suspect was transferred to juvenile hall.
