An Elk Grove man was arrested on Sunday morning following a physical altercation that led him to slash tires.
According to police reports, 26-year old Hoa Ngo of Elk Grove arrived at a residence on the 9000 block of Devon Crest Way and demanded money that he was owed. When the victim said he was unable to pay, Ngo brandished a folding knife and demanded payment at which time both came involved in a physical altercation.
Ngo left the area and came back later at which time he was allegedly observed slashing the tires on the victims car. Responding police officers placed the suspect under a citizens arrested and transferred him to the county jail.
